Warehouse Lead

I am working on behalf of my client who are seeking a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor based in Kilkenny.
Monday-Friday 8-4.30 Salary: 40-45K DOE plus benefits Role/Responsibilities Supervising and motivating a team Planning rosters for shift pattern Planning work schedules Creating/updating SOPs on site for stores procedures Managing the weekly cycle counting Liaising with Engineers and other Client staff Monitoring open orders for clients and following up on items delayed Informing our clients of any delays or issues with daily, weekly & monthly reporting Adherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information Other ad hoc duties Requirements: Previous experience as a warehouse/stores supervisor Strong people management/leading skills Strong procurement background with excellent administrative skills Previous Food & Beverage and or Pharma & GMP experience an advantage Proficiency using ERP systems ie SAP, Maximo, Oracle etc is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendors Flexible approach to all areas of the role A strong focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail Strong problem solving and creative skills High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results- orientation.
