Our client, a retail/wholesale business in Rathcormac, Co. Cork, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise & Support: Assist the warehouse manager and take charge of the team when necessary.
Warehouse Operations : Participate in all aspects of warehouse activities, including manual handling, loading/unloading deliveries, order picking, and printing customer invoices.
Health & Safety : Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all times.
Adaptability : Be flexible to adjust working hours to meet business needs.
What You Bring: Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
Logistics Knowledge : A strong understanding of Irish geography and logistics operations.
Licenses & Certifications : A valid B driver's license, forklift license, and manual handling certification.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
