Warranty Advisor

Details of the offer

We are looking for experienced Warranty/Service booking advisor to join our team in Ford.
Our well-trained staff provide the highest level of service to all our customer brands.
We are located in the Sandyford Business District, near the Stillorgan Luas station.
We work in modern bright offices and provide great support and guidance for our teams ensuring they are as up to date as possible with training in the latest technologies and systems.

About the role: Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for the brand Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
Verifies criteria required by the brand Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
Posts credits on computer.
Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
An ability to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to our customers in a manner they can understand.
Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty queries, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution Daily data entry of electronically delivered booking (inc customer details, booking requirements) into our DMS meeting and greeting all service customers promptly and professionally maintaining up to date progress of your customer vehicles undergoing service and/or repair ensure customer vehicles are ready at the agreed day /time and explain to the customer all the maintenance and report work completed To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts Work alongside our service advisor team Ensure job cards printed, all relevant documents attached for each week assisting with gathering customer service feedback Skills and experience: An ability to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to our customers in a manner they can understand.
Exceptional communication skills have you the ability to delight our customer at every opportunity however small the query may be?
Excellent front line customer service skills and experience at least 2 years experience in a similar role good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills good attention to detail for recording all relevant details in documentation and systems.
