Job Title : Wedding Coordinator – 4-Star Luxury Property Location : County Sligo Salary : €35,000–€40,000 annually About the Role We are hiring on behalf of a prestigious 4-star property in County Sligo.
Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Wedding Coordinator to help couples create unforgettable memories on their special day.
If you have a passion for events, exceptional organizational skills, and a flair for customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities : Work closely with couples to plan and execute their dream wedding.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of all wedding-related events.
Provide guidance and advice on menus, décor, and event schedules.
Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Address any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
Uphold the property's high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements : Proven experience in event or wedding planning, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to event planning.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
