Location/Office Policy:  Workplace Banking Advisor, Dublin Central   Are you customer focussed?

Do you hold a full QFA qualification?
What is the Role:     We are seeking highly motivated people to join our workplace banking team.
Your key objective will be to build relationships with companies in Dublin with a view to driving our bank at work offering.
You will be responsible for carving out new relationships, developing existing relationships and re-establishing previous relationships with the top employers in Dublin.
This role requires a highly driven person who has evidence of being both a self-starter and team player.
Key Accountabilities:   Developing relationships with the top companies in Dublin Meeting and exceeding financial targets Developing market knowledge and expertise on all mortgage products and related services Guiding and supporting customers from initial inquiry to drawdown   What You Will Bring:   Demonstrate an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them.
Sales experience with a self-starting goal orientated mentality Demonstrate and communicate market leading product knowledge in the areas of mortgages and regulation.
QFA held (however if not fully qualified, a commitment to becoming fully accredited and qualified within 12-18 months) Hold a minimum of 3 years' experience in providing Mortgage advice in Ireland.
