What is the Role: We are seeking highly motivated people to join our workplace banking team.
Your key objective will be to build relationships with companies in Dublin with a view to driving our bank at work offering.
You will be responsible for carving out new relationships, developing existing relationships and re-establishing previous relationships with the top employers in Dublin.
This role requires a highly driven person who has evidence of being both a self-starter and team player.
Key Accountabilities: Developing relationships with the top companies in DublinMeeting and exceeding financial targetsDeveloping market knowledge and expertise on all mortgage products and related servicesGuiding and supporting customers from initial inquiry to drawdownWhat You Will Bring: Demonstrate an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them.Sales experience with a self-starting goal-oriented mentalityDemonstrate and communicate market-leading product knowledge in the areas of mortgages and regulation.QFA held (however if not fully qualified, a commitment to becoming fully accredited and qualified within 12-18 months)Hold a minimum of 3 years' experience in providing Mortgage advice in Ireland.Why Work for AIB We are committed to offering our colleagues choice and flexibility in how we work and live and our hybrid working model enables our people to balance their time between working from home and their designated office, subject to their role, the needs of our customers and business requirements.
