What this job involves – This role is responsible for managing daily operations and fostering a productive, enjoyable work environment in Ripple's remote offices. The position requires exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth office operations and employee experience.

Your day-to-day tasks will include - Maintaining office safety, cleanliness, and overall efficiency Organizing and executing small to medium-sized internal events Managing food and beverage programs Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinating space planning, including floor plan updates and office moves Liaising with vendors for various site services and maintenance Responding to urgent maintenance issues and Jira tickets Assisting with budget planning and spend management Purchasing office and kitchen supplies as needed Coordinating with property management for work order requests Desired experience and technical skills - Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, customers, and vendors Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Experience in invoice processing for department manager approval Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary Preferred: Background in Hospitality Experience in facilities management or workplace operations Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems Knowledge of space planning and office move coordination Event planning experience Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation Location: On-site – Dublin, IRL
