Reporting to Site Manager.

Previous restaurant management experience of minimum two yearsFood Safety TrainedPassionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, delegating and following up.Ability to spot the champions in store to develop into Supervisors and ManagersAbility to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues.Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
