Accommodation Assistant

As a Full-Time Accommodation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable & enjoyable stay.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and five-star high quality standards of our guest rooms, public areas & other CLIFF accommodation outlets located near to the world renowned Cliff House Hotel.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES To be punctual for duties, correctly dressed and well-groomed, observing at all times the highest level of personal presentation.
To be responsible for the daily worksheet, and handing in the completed sheet at the end of the shift.
To assist in the cleaning, redecoration and spring-cleaning (deep cleaning) programmes as required.
To work with and keep lines of communication open and maintain respect for other team members at all times.
To maintain a quiet, professional atmosphere in all public areas.
Follow procedures for lifting, emptying and proper disposal of trash in the interior and exterior of the hotel.
To complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
To carry out stock takes as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
To dispose of all rubbish following the correct procedure, leaving the corridor free from debris at all times.
To use all cleaning products and materials correctly and with care following the established procedure laid down by The Hotel.
To attend training meetings as required.
