Administrators Duties and Responsibilities: This is an everything role.
The successful candidate will be proactive, friendly and happy to help the team where need be.
General Reception, answering phones, passing on messages/ general enquiries Post in & out including document control Answering and screening all incoming calls Data base entry and reporting Maintenance of filling systems including client files and archive management Courier consignment co-ordinator Secretarial support typing etc as requested Diary Management and Managing Correspondence Administrative responsibility for Applicant Dossier & Post Placement reports Scanning and Data Entry Ensure the process is followed for all admin tasks set Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard within set deadlines Administrator Essential Skills : Strong admin skills 3 + years admin experience Tech savvy, highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel).
Able to pick up new systems very quickly and confident using software & internal platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information thoroughly and understand its significance Able to prioritise workload and communicate effectively with different audiences and work effectively as a part of a team.
Full-time Monday to Friday.
Office based role 9-5:00.
