We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support (Grade III) to join our team in Cork.
Contract Type: Specified Purpose
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: Grade III Clerical: €26,606 - €42,805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments).
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
Overview of the Post: The post-holder will assist in the co-ordination of the Community Paediatric Clinics and other identified clinics within the regional CHO4 Physical Disability Support Service to facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of each clinic. The post-holder will also provide a wide range of administration supports to the clinics. The role may include other administrative tasks and responsibilities as identified by the PDSS Co-Ordinator, Children's Services Manager or designate.

The successful candidate will have:
Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of educationA minimum of 1 year relevant secretarial/administrative/medical secretariat experienceExperience of working with software designed to facilitate processing of dictated documentsExcellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office SuiteExperience of working with a healthcare database software systemExperience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sectorExperience of working at receptionIf you believe you would fit the role then please submit your application today.
