Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to grow our brand presence Manage social media platforms, posting engaging content and interacting with followers Welcome new employees,sub-contractors, assist with orientation, and ensure they have everything they need to hit the ground running Coordinate flights, hotels, and transportation for team members traveling to events, client sites, or conferences.
Assist with team-building activities and employee wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Post job ads, coordinate interviews, and manage communication with candidates Serve as the primary point of contact for office management tasks, including liaising with external vendors, contractors, and IT support.
Assist with procurement duties and provide operational support to various departments Efficiently manage emails, calendars, and track important dates such as birthdays and work anniversaries What you'll need to succeed: Youre able to juggle various tasks with the adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment Your attention to detail and ability to stay on top of multiple responsibilities Collaboration is key, ability to work alongside others to achieve shared goals Youre confident writing for marketing and HR purposes, and enjoy interacting with both customers and colleagues You come up with solutions quickly and love the challenge of a varied role Previous experience in marketing, HR, or admin is a plus, but we welcome all candidates who bring enthusiasm and a proactive approach!
