We are currently looking for an enthusiast Reception Supervisor to join our dynamic Front Office team.
The main focuses will be to ensure the smooth running of the front desk operation.
Key responsibilities of the Reception Supervisor will include: • To be fully familiar with the Front of House Systems and Procedures, ensuring that these are implemented consistently when on duty • To training, lead and motivate the team to ensure they carry out their duties in line with Hotel Standards • To supervise the operation in a hands-on capacity in the Front Office Managers absence • To assist the reception team in dealing with all arrivals and all departures in a friendly and efficient manner in line with Hotel Standards • To support the reservations team in completion of reservations as required • To operate computerised system for reservations, arrivals and departures ensuring all information is accurate and up to date • To support the department in providing the Guest, at all times, with the highest levels of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs and initiating actions to exceed expectations where possible The ideal candidate for the Reception Supervisor position should: • Be a self starter, and enjoy working within a friendly and productive team • Have previous supervisory experience within a similar role • Demonstrate strong communication skills & attention to detail • Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively • Have a friendly & outgoing personality • Be enthusiastic & flexible • Be legally eligible to work in Ireland Some of the Benefits available to the team: • Professional, award winning training and development opportunities to give you a career path • Discounted accommodation rates with Red Carnation Hotel Collection.
