On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include: Implementing New Governance Structures and Processes: Engage in the exciting task of developing and establishing new governance frameworks within a dynamic, growing listed plc.Exposure to Senior Leadership: Gain valuable experience by working closely with the senior leadership team in a large multinational organization, enhancing your professional network and leadership skills.Managing Company Secretarial Compliance: Oversee the compliance and filings across the Group's portfolio of companies, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards and legal requirements.Preparation and Coordination of Board Agendas and Reports: Assist in the meticulous preparation of Board and Committee agendas, and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive Board Reports, ensuring effective governance practices.Drafting Governance Documentation: Draft Board minutes, Committee minutes, and shareholder resolutions, contributing to the formal documentation and communication of corporate decisions and policies.Annual Report and AGM Preparation: Play a key role in drafting the Governance sections of the Group Annual Report and preparing for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), showcasing your skills in corporate reporting and event coordination.To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include: ICSA qualification / part-qualified an advantage.City West location but hybrid.You must be based in Ireland currently with an Irish/European passport or a stamp 4 visa - no exceptions will be considered for this role.
