We are seeking a leader with excellent experience in Barmanagement in a leading hotel and conference Centre.
Set in sylvan terraced grounds just 3km from the city centre with over 100 guest rooms, superb cuisine and a fully refurbished Conference Centre.
Our 4-star Cork City hotel is nestled on expansive private grounds alongside Corks largest Conference venue.
This role presents excellent training and succession opportunities within the hotel and within Irelands largest Hotel operator.
Objective of the Role Reporting to the General Manager, the BarManager will assist inthe operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead the F&B department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.
Requirements: Experience in a Barmanagement role.
Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
Excellent Leadership skills.
Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
