Then the position of Business Development Executive could be just right for you - or, as we call it at MD7,  Site Acquisition Consultant !
The Site Acquisition Consultant is responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for mobile phone antenna sites in Germany on behalf of our clients.
Using your negotiation skills, you will build partnerships with landlords, conduct site inspections, and ensure that leases are successfully finalised.
We are looking for a responsible, committed, and motivated employee to join our rapidly growing team.
DAY TO DAY Lead generation : Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords Landlord communication : Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract Contract negotiation : Successful negotiation and signing of contracts Data maintenance : Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack Site visits : Visits to potential or already acquired locations, as required REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German Basic English language skills Negotiation skills or experience in the property industry preferred Friendly and professional demeanour The ability to work independently while also being a team player Solution orientated approach to work Exceptional attention to detail and time management Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word We realise that you may not meet all the requirement, but if you come to us with the right level of commitment and enthusiasm for the job, we can achieve a lot together!
