THE COMPANY: With a sales turnover of over €200m and a global reputation for quality, this international firm is now expanding its sales team in Ireland. They sell an end-to-end supply chain solution, selling to companies in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, as well as transport and logistics. THE ROLE: You will be covering the Republic of Ireland selling a supply chain solution, supported by a cloud-based software that will help maximise tracking and traceability of products throughout its entire life cycle, from manufacture to check out / delivery. You will sell to the manufacturing sector, as well as warehousing, transport, and logistics companies, selling at c-level board meetings, as well as selling to manager level, dealing with production, warehousing, IT and transport managers. This role will be new business orientated and will entail long lead times, however, the financial rewards for success in this role are outstanding. THE PERSON: Strong new business sales experience Experience developing and closing sales at c-level Experience with long lead times - 6 months plus Essential you will have sold into supply chain/manufacturing Sales of software solutions into supply chain/manufacturing will be a plus Outgoing, well presented, and confident salespeople are required THE PACKAGE: Basic Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 OTE: + €20,000 Uncapped Fully Expensed Company Car Mobile, Pension, Laptop, 25 days leave BMS Performance specialises in sales recruitment.
