Commercial Marketing Lead – Luxury Brand Dublin Based – Hybrid Competitive base salary plus car allowance, bonus and extensive benefits package The Advocate Group are delighted to be partnered with a leading global luxury brand who are seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Lead to drive growth strategy and execution within a key regions.
This pivotal role partners closely with global and local market teams to deliver exceptional results in both commercial and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Global Brand Managing Director to craft and implement a tailored growth strategy for the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan and a 5-year strategic roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and market analysis.
Own the commercialisation plan for the regions, driving brand prioritisation, investment strategies, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs across marketing and commercial activities.
Act as the primary liaison between global brand teams and local market teams, ensuring that regional priorities are understood and met with appropriate solutions.
Champion the consumer and customer insights of the region, clearly articulating local needs to influence future brand strategies and asset creation.
