We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our client.
As a Business Development Manager for Pre-Clinical Testing Services, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market share.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our services within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate new leads and opportunities for pre-clinical testing services.
Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries through networking, market research, and client referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet those needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored client proposals and presentations.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements related to pre-clinical testing.
Represent the company in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Strong knowledge of pre-clinical testing services and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
