A BDR vacancy in our sales team is a key role in our mission. We want to make Enterpryze the BMP (Business Management Platform) solution of choice for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) who want the agility and simplicity of a cloud solution, not legacy accounts packages or complex ERP systems. We've got a great story to tell, and your job is to tell it!

If you are ambitious to develop a role in sales, with the right positive attitude and determination to succeed, you can learn from a team of highly experienced solution salespeople and earn a base salary between 35K-40K per year and an OTE of 55K-60K. This role is based in our offices in Sandyford in Dublin. We believe that Collaboration, Community, and Cooperation are the centre of success. As a result, this is an office-based role.

Your Role Reporting to the Business Development Manager, it's your responsibility to contact new prospects and generate qualified sales opportunities. Sales training on the benefits of Enterpryze will enable you to communicate with prospects and identify how we can help address their biggest challenges. You will book follow-up demos and meetings to advance the sales pipeline. You will attend team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to meet weekly and monthly targets. Develop your knowledge of Enterpryze and business processes to enable you to develop your career in sales to help with the continued growth of the business. Your Skills A confident communicator who can influence decision makers and stakeholders. Proven success countering objections in a cold calling environment, but also adept at using email, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to upskill and keep up to date with our ambitious product roadmap. Relationship building and listening skills for finding out customer pain points and proposing how we can fix them. What We Want You have a positive 'can-do' attitude and an inquisitive nature that fits with the culture of our company. You are ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by success. An excellent communicator, you are comfortable working in teams as well as being self-motivated. You are persistent and resourceful, always willing to go the extra mile to support customers.
