If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst for our MGPS Analytics team, responsible for data quality, reporting and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Team sprit/culture - share best practices, inclusion, collaboration, and respect.Commitment to McKesson's i2CARE and iLEAD principles/values.Develops and maintains various financial Tableau dashboards to support the Finance and Enterprise Partnership team.Responsible for preparing monthly dashboards and maintain their documentation.Would have ownership for the analytics data qualityStrive to understand finance data in Tableau, Snowflake, SAP Hana and SQL, with an objective to become the go to person about analytics.Expected to develop a good working relations /rapport with BU and BU finance stakeholders (Managers/Directors/VPs).Think on your feet to troubleshoot issues (system, process), most efficient way to compile required data/dimensions/timeline for ad hoc asks, prioritize stakeholders' asks professionally.Leverage Data & analytics tools and techniques to efficiently phase-out legacy excel bases files, reports & models.Develop AI and machine learning tools for analytics.Assist with other ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests.Open to learning and asking for guidance.Experience in finance is a plus.Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a dedicated Data Science program5+ years working in analyticsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL query, Snowflake query, Tableau and PythonProficient in Microsoft Suite [Advanced Excel (power query, power pivot a plus), Proficient PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook]Experience developing AI and machine learningExperience and understanding of financial statements or accounting principles is a plus.
