We are looking for a Laundry Assistant/Housekeeper to join us on a part-time basis at the Cashel Palace Hotel. (3 days a week/flexible)
A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history.

Role: To ensure all hotel linens, towels, and other washable items are cleaned, dried, ironed, folded, and stored to meet the hotel's quality standards. This role supports the housekeeping team in delivering a high level of service to guests.
The Person: Experience: Prior experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy loads, and work in hot environments.Attention to Detail: Capable of noticing and correcting stains, damages, or other quality issues.Time Management: Ability to work efficiently, manage time well, and complete tasks promptly.Communication Skills: Basic understanding of English or local language for communicating with team members and following instructions.Working Conditions: Requires working on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays.Physically demanding, involving lifting, bending, and long periods of standing.Employee Benefits: Sick payOn-site parkingEmployee discountBike to work schemeEmployee assistance programFood allowanceCompany eventsAdditional leave
