Chef Position: ( Full & Part time positions ) Job Details: Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: depending on experience Schedule: Daytime only, no night shifts Key Responsibilities: Manage a small kitchen, ensuring smooth operation and high standards.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintain food safety standards.
Handle ordering and inventory management to ensure consistent supply of high-quality ingredients.
Collaborate with the team to create and refine menu items, maintaining our commitment to local and in-house made produce.
Requirements: Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong ability to manage kitchen operations, including HACCP and ordering.
Passion for working with local produce and creating high-quality dishes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
