The Role We have identified an opportunity for a new position of 'Chief Operating Officer' to join our team.
This is a key leadership position with overall responsibility for leading the day to day operations of the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Job Scope The key responsibilities of the position include:
Lead the Operations team to deliver effectiveness and efficiency in how the business operates. This will include optimising business processes and systems and overseeing their successful implementation.
Design a strategic approach for the preparation and delivery of comprehensive project plans, which are required for each of our company projects. These plans are core to how we carryout our business and will require sign-off by the shareholders in advance of the commencement of each project.
Key deliverables for the role will include:
º project delivery to agreed quality, time and cost measures
º achievement of sales and marketing targets
Manage the property investment portfolio efficiently and for maximum value.
Lead the preparation of the annual and rolling three year business plans and budgets for the overall business.
Develop and operate a quality standard system.
Lead, develop and manage people.

Significant experience of and proven skills in project management, leadership and organisational change, and delivery are essential. A relevant third level or professional qualification. Proven backgrounds from different industries will be considered.
