Details of Service Dublin South, Kildare and West Wicklow Community Healthcare Organisation provides a broad range of services which include Primary Care, Social Inclusion, Older Persons, Disabilities, Mental Health and Health & Wellbeing Services.
These services are delivered through the HSE and its funded agencies to people in local communities, as close as possible to people's homes.

QSSI CHO7 DSKWW are committed to the delivery of the HSE Patient Safety Strategy.
The work of the QSSI department is related to each of the 6 Patient Safety Commitments

QSSI aims to develop and strengthen structures for quality leadership, governance and accountability working in partnership with services across the CHO.
In this way, QSSI supports services to meet regulatory standards and implement health reform.
Additionally, the QSSI function supports integrated improvement across care groups with service users central to this improvement.

Purpose of the Post The post holder will carry out duties in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and ensure that requests made under the Act are fulfilled as appropriate and in a timely manner.
