You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered.
Here's an idea of what your shift pattern will be: Mon: Full-time (Days) Tues: Full-time (Days) Weds: Full-time (Days) Thurs: Full-time (Days) Fri: Full-time (Days) Sat: Sun: Key Responsibilities: To be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations To ensure standards of cleaning and hygiene in the work area meet or exceeds the standard applicable to the site/ unit Respond to issues however they may be raised.
