Description As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by setting up and operating CNC brake press machines.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CNC machine operation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality components within specified tolerances.

The main remit of the role will encompass the following duties: Set up CNC brake press machines based on product specifications and engineering drawings.
Install and align tooling to ensure accurate and precise bending.
Program CNC controls to accurately bend sheet metal and other materials.
Adjust program parameters as needed to achieve desired results.
Load materials onto the CNC brake press machine and secure them in place for bending.
Monitor material feeds to ensure continuous and efficient production.
Operate CNC brake press machines to bend sheet metal and other materials according to project requirements.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
Perform regular quality checks on bent components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
Identify and address any issues affecting the quality of the finished products.
Conduct routine maintenance on CNC brake press machines to ensure optimal performance.
Report any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs to the maintenance department.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating CNC brake press machines.
Maintain a clean and organised work area to prevent accidents.
Essential Experience / Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Brake Press Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup.
Knowledge of materials, tooling, and bending techniques.
Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
