Commercial Lead – Mechanical

Commercial Lead Mechanical AA Euro Group has been retained to recruit a Mechanical Commercial Lead to join their team based in Cork or Dublin, working on a variety of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and review the commercial performance of projects. Commercial control of the business unit (or part) allocated to them. Collation, review presentation and the management of subsequent actions arising from the monthly cost reviews. Manage the commercial team to promote their continuous improvement and technical development. Identify and manage the business unit risk and regularly review project risks. Ensure the CCS reporting is formulated accurately and submitted on time. Manage the close of completed projects to the best commercial advantage of the company. Regularly review business processes and promote evolution of better working practices. Ensure all projects are driven to provide the best value solutions and delivered on time and within budget. Promote continuous improvement with the commercial discipline of the business. Mentoring and providing career guidance to the commercial team in your allocated business area. Experience/Qualifications: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or related degree. 10+ years experience in a Commercial Role, ideally on M&E projects. Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial experience is desirable but not essential. Experience leading commercial teams.
