Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager Based in Enniskillen Contract role for a minimum of 3 months Daily rate of up to £400 per day (depending on experience) Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our Nationwide clients to recruit this role on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 months.The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of commercial solutions across the business as well as day to day management/oversight of the Commercial team & it's functions.
Duties involved in this role will include: * Day to day management of the Commercial team, ensuring all team member are coached & assisted wherever required* Identifying and managing all legal, commercial & financial risks to the business* Creating awareness & compliance with commercial best practice & both internal & external governance* Working closely with the contract teams on commercial queries & contract terms & conditions - to include risks & liabilities, payments, KPI's & specs* Ensuring risk registers are maintained and all items contained have a clear action plan in place* Providing support on all contract variations & change orders, ensuring they are executed in accordance with contract requirements In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: * Extensive Commercial & Risk Management experience * Extensive & in-depth contract management, negotiation, variation & resolutions experience* People management experience within a Commercial function, with the experience & ability to lead the team from the front & provide training, coaching, support & mentoring to those reporting in If this is the role for you, apply now!
