Company Secretary - Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic team in a growing department. This role offers the chance to enhance your company secretarial, governance, and overall business skills while working with an in-house Diligent package and several bespoke applications. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues at local level, as well as within a global network.
What you'll do: Arrange, attend and minute all directors' and shareholders' meetingsPrepare minutes, resolutions and associated documentation in relation to corporate transactionsSupport the provision of Governance servicesMaintain Registers on Diligent softwareEnsure that the statutory registers and corporate documents of each client are maintained in accordance with law and internal policies and proceduresLiaise with the Registrar of Companies in connection with routine corporate administrative/regulatory mattersSupport the provision of Share scheme administration servicesManage the billing processWhat you bring: Primary degree (Business, Law, Accounting)Chartered Governance Institute qualified / or part-qualified.2+ years' experience in a similar role either in a law or financial services firm.Good interpersonal skills and a team playerOutgoing, ability to communicate well with colleagues and clientsExcellent organisational skillsWhat sets this company apart: This is an opportunity to work within an organisation that values its employees' growth and development.
