We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a dynamic People Function team in a high-impact public sector agency. You will report to the Head of Reward and play a pivotal role in managing compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, and leading key reward processes.Why apply? Excellent salaryHybrid working arrangements (Onsite 1-2 days per week) with lots of flexibility!Outstanding autonomy in the role with the opportunity to lead highly interesting and impactful projects.Career average defined benefit pension scheme.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement reward frameworks aligned with business goals.Develop and implement new Total Reward packages.Developing and implementing new pay structures.Lead the design and implementation of Job Architecture & Pay Transparency frameworks.Manage annual bonus and salary review processes.Oversee executive reward processes and prepare Remuneration Committee papers.Conduct market surveys and provide insights on compensation trends.Lead job evaluations, grading, and benchmarking activities.Manage benefits offerings and change projects with outsourced providers.Act as a reward subject matter expert across the organisation.Experience/Skills: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in reward or compensation rolesStrong analytical, Excel, and communication skillsProven track record in HR systems, time management, and attention to detailIf interested, please send your CV to Sarah Friel in Lex Consultancy.
