The Role
The team advise on all aspects of Irish and EU competition/antitrust law, including:
Abuse of DominanceCartelsCompetition aspects of commercial agreements and behaviourCompetition compliance programmes and trainingCompetition litigation, including litigation arising from investigations, disputes with regulators and damages actionsComplaints to regulatorsGrocery RegulationsInvestigations and dawn raidsImmunity/Leniency applicationsMerger Control approval for mergers and acquisitions and joint venturesState AidThe Person Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Competition lawStrong interpersonal and communications skillsExcellent organisational and prioritisation skillsA high level of accuracy and attention to detailA strong interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledgeExcellent analytical, technical, and drafting skillsHigh level of commercial and business awarenessAdaptability to navigate dynamic legal landscapes
