Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the standards set by the Head Chef.
Work across various sections of the kitchen, providing support where needed.
Ensure all food items are stored properly, maintaining stock levels and minimizing waste.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Contribute to menu development and introduce new ideas.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
