Deputy General Manager - 5* Hotel Munster My client, a Luxury Hotel in Munster, is seeking an experienced & motivated Deputy General Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Owner, the Deputy General Manager will be a hands-on role, primarily responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Hotel.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will enjoy the prospect of working in a busy working environment and, ideally, have experience in a Luxury 4* or 5* Hotel with a strong F&B background, preferably with some Michelin experience The Candidate: Solid hands-on Hotel management experience in a 4* or 5* Luxury Hotel environment preferably as a Food & Beverage Director, Operations Manager, or Deputy General Manager Hands-on experience in Hotel operations, specifically, Food & Beverage ideally with Fine Dining or Michelin experience Excellent attention to detail and a high level of commercial and financial knowledge including budgeting and forecasts.
Passionate about standards and provision of excellence in hospitality Ability to lead and motivate a strong team of Departmental Managers and drive inclusiveness throughout the organisation Strong personality and ability to promote fun through work ethos Ability to apply a common-sense approach to problem-solving and foresight to anticipate and prevent problems from developing Ability to communicate at all levels Impeccable leadership and management skills, a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on effective communication practices.
