What youll need A university education and years of work experience are not essential here.
You do need to prove youve spent at least one year in customer service, and experience using Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.
However, we will provide you with four weeks of initial training on site, followed by a minimum of four weeks integrating you into the office team.
Once youre feeling confident enough to work on your own, you can then submit requests to work remotely until the hybrid work type model is established on the site.
