Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Export Sales Support in North County Dublin. This is a permanent, full-time role. Fully office based. Salary up to €32,000. Could be negotiable for the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesInput orders into the internal computer system, ensuring correct pricing and stock availability.Manage out-of-stock items and set customer expectations accordingly.Create and handle quotations, sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.Oversee credit control, including sending reminders for overdue payments.Conduct inbound telephone sales, promoting both existing and new products to the current customer base.Provide customer service for a portfolio of Italian and other European customers, managing technical inquiries and working with fitters and the technical team to resolve issues promptly.Handle export sales administration and manage export customer accounts.Coordinate with couriers for transport/shipment quotes and arrangements.Conduct desk-based market research, collect data, and perform competitor analysis.Translate marketing materials such as brochures, price lists, and point-of-sale documents.Prepare sales reports and analyses.Attend industry trade shows and marketing events as needed.Manage the weekly export stock dispatches.Organize travel arrangements when required.The Person• Fully fluent in both written and conversational Italian & English. (Proficiency in French also would be an advantage but is not essential.)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Experience in a similar type role dealing with exports and logistics would be an advantage.
• Experience in marketing activities (translations, presentation skills etc.)
• Highly organised and have a good eye for detail.
• Good computer skills. (Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages).
• Willing to travel to and work at any trade shows which the company decides to partake in.
• A team player.
