We're on the hunt for someone to join our Sales & Follow-up team while holding down the fort at the front desk.Is This The Role You've Been Waiting For?In this role, you'll be the front and center of our clinic, working directly with our patients and their dedicated clinicians. As the initial point of contact, you're the welcoming face that sets the tone for their entire experience, assuring them they've made the right choice entrusting us with their healthcare needs.The successful candidate will have a vital administrative role, catering to the needs of our existing, prospective, and returning patients. Your goal is to ensure they not only achieve their health objectives but also encounter an exceptional, WOW-level service throughout their journey.
Additionally, your role will involve assisting patients over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
