Your new role A need arises for a Geotechnical Engineer to join our client's established team.
The role will involve office-based work, but sometimes on-site work , predominantly based around the specification, quoting, operation, management, interpretation, and reporting of geotechnical and contaminated land investigations.Key Responsibilities: Liaison with clients, regulators and design engineers Manage a variety of geotechnical projects from inception to completion.
Manage financial budgets for projects.
A good understanding of characterising ground conditions and providing recommendations covering foundation design, ground improvements, earthworks, basements, retaining wall, mining, dissolution, and slope stability assessments.
Conversant with design software and geophysical surveys
