Job Title: Head Chef

As a Head Chef at Sodexo Dublin, you are a culinary leader and innovator, dedicated to delivering exceptional food experiences that exceed client expectations. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of taste and presentation, while also contributing to a supportive and efficient kitchen environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. You'll be pivotal in driving operational excellence, staff training, and maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety standards.
What you'll do: Lead the food offer on-site and ensure Sodexo standards are consistently met and enhanced.Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering, and stock taking.Oversee the delivery of quality food and effective kitchen management.Conduct continuous training and development for kitchen staff, including compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in line with company procedures.What you bring: Proven experience in a Head Chef role or similar culinary leadership position.Strong understanding of food hygiene standards and safety regulations.Experience in managing kitchen operations, including budgeting and stock control.Excellent leadership skills with a focus on staff development and training.Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle feedback constructively.What We Offer: Working with our company is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
