Kindly note that you are required to be based in Limerick or within a commutable distance. Your Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets.Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Engage in regular client communications.Manage daily client-specific tasks.Maintain and update client documentation.Identify and suggest process improvements and solutions.Your Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.A 3rd-level Diploma/Degree is advantageous.Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.Understanding of core networking principles.(Desirable) Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA).Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and firewalls.Client-focused mindset.Proactive and improvement-oriented.Passion for technology.Team-oriented and collaborative.Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.Strong analytical skills.Solid understanding and troubleshooting capabilities for computer systems and software.
