We are looking for ae experienced Hotel Night Porter to join our Nights team, working from 23:00 to 07:00.
Main Responsibilities: Providing overnight service to hotel guests Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and checklists Report defective materials and equipment to the relevant department Assist with room service and comply with food handling regulations Night cleaning of public areas and outside areas Hotel security and fire walk Follow all Health & Safety protocols Hotel reception duties including answering guest requests and telephone enquiries Setting up Meeting / Function rooms as required Assisting in all other areas of the Hotel as required Ensure a high standard of personal grooming Good level of conversational English required for guest and team communication.
