There has never been a more exciting time to join the team at the Adare Manor and we are delighted to be recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Rooms Division Team.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor with Adare Manor you will be responsible for: Ensuring the standards and procedures are implemented consistently across all accommodation outlets on the Resort.
Effective supervision and checking of guest rooms, villas/lodges (where appropriate) turn down service, laundry services and relevant back of house areas ensuring that standards are adhered to.
Checking and maintaining of all public areas associated with your area to approved standard.
Daily/weekly business activities in terms of room occupancy, special requirements, VIP needs and to liaise with reception frequently in order to remain updated with any changes that may arise.
Organising the accommodation team allocating duties, key control, etc.
so to ensure that all tasks will be completed.
Ensuring that all access cards/keys are signed in/out at the beginning/close of each shift.
Ensuring that all maintenance work / repairs in bedrooms are rectified prior to returning rooms back to reception.
Ensuring that all equipment, trolleys and other equipment are maintained in good condition, taking corrective action when required.
