Our client, a renowned global scientific manufacturer, is expanding its team and is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team in Ireland. This role is based on-site, 5 days per week, in Shannon, Co. Clare. If you have 3 years of experience as a HR Advisor and are eager for a new challenge, we want to hear from you! About the Role: As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function, driving employee engagement, and contributing to the company's success. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader in scientific manufacturing, where you can grow professionally and make a significant impact. You will join an existing team, and support a staff headcount of 100+ people from a variety of backgrounds and role responsibilities. This is a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to thrive a busy organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to employees and management. Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Conduct performance management and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as needed. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years experience as a HR Advisor. Strong knowledge of HR practices, Irish employment law, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
