Join our manufacturing client as a HR Manager and play a key role in shaping their workforce.
On behalf of our client we are recruiting a strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in employee relations, and is passionate about driving organisational success.

Responsibilities Guide and support line managers on people management practices.
Train line managers on employment policies and management skills.
Improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with managers to plan workforce needs, rosters, and job descriptions.
Lead recruitment campaigns for efficient and effective hiring.
Enhance company reputation with local schools and the community for recruitment.
Manage training systems for safety, quality, and essential skills.
Source and coordinate training and apprenticeship programs.
Handle investigations and complaints through grievance and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate employee relations claims with legal advisors and insurers.
Manage performance appraisals and performance management.
Provide workforce data and reports for informed decision-making.
Align HR goals with social and environmental sustainability practices.
Requirements Third level qualification in Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Experience managing efficient HR processes and systems.
Strong knowledge of employment law.
Proven HR management experience, focusing on recruitment, training, and HRIS.
Essential Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships across all organisational levels.
Commitment to workplace inclusion.
Data analysis skills for informed decision-making and HR planning.
Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
