Installations Scheduler

Exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation supplying and installing EV chargers in the private, public and commercial markets.
In this busy, varied role, you will work as part of a close-knit team to coordinate the installation and maintenance of EV chargers for Domestic, customers.
A large part of the role is the management of timely scheduling of our service callouts.
Working closely with the customer to coordinate suitable installation times, you will be responsible for scheduling of both ePower employees and a team of our trusted electrical subcontractors to fulfil the work.
Our Installation Coordinators remain the key point of contact across the customer experience.
From scheduling, issue resolution to system performance testing post install.
Experience: Degree level Qualification Business.
1year experience in an admin/customer service role Ability to organise & prioritise work Good wwritten & verbal communication skills Knowledge of CRM system an advantage Skills: Scheduling experience Customer Service CRM
