The Opportunity: As a member of Archers Business Development team, you will be responsible for acquiring new client accounts in your IT specialism. You will begin with lead generation and appointment setting before progressing into leading client engagements and negotiating and closing sales.

Prospecting: Identify, target, and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with client needs and market trends. What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year in a metric-based (KPIs/Targets) Sales Role (B2C, B2B, SDR, BDR) *Sales Experience is Essential* Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospecting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
