Key Skills & Intangibles: Background in Electrical Engineering with year's experience in electrical testing, electronics fault isolation and sample preparation.
Multi-tasking abilities; highly adaptive and able to work in fast-paced, rapid-fire environment Experience working with vendors, purchasing and logistics Critical thinking and problem-solving skill capabilities Proficient in Excel and Numbers Detail-oriented and strong documentation skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including some overtime Responsibilities include: Working closely with Engineering teams in carrying out technical and administrative tasks for departmental operations Manage procurement/purchasing of goods/material needed for departmental operations Manage storage, audit, shipment and scrapping of samples/consumables/spare parts.
Create and track Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders, Credit Card purchases, and SORs.
Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes to promote efficiency and productivity.
Work on multiple projects and issues at a time.
Help manage budget and track departmental spending.
Conduct electrical testing and electronics fault isolation.
