Lead Product Manager

Oliver James has partnered with a leading Financial Services client based in Waterford who are seeking a Lead Product Owner to join their growing team on an initial 6 month day rate contract.
The Product Owner will be a key contributor on our Strategic Implementation team, responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and testing high-impact technology or service solutions.
These solutions will be large-scale, complex, and innovative, while also being efficient, creative, scalable, and adaptable.
The Product Owner will ensure that all solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices, aligning with both business and client objectives.
Experience as an IT product owner within Financial Services is required for this role.

Desired Skills and Experience - Strong experience as an IT focused Product owner (4+ years) - Financial Services/Insurance experienced required - Well versed with Agile methodologies and use of Jira/Confluence - Strong communicator and ability to work in a fast paced environment - Ability to work in an end to end product role - scope, roadmap, backlog, features, epics and ensuring successful delivery - Hands on exposure working with IT and business facing teams and ability to effectively communicate Skills: Product manager Insurance Agile Software Benefits: Work From Home
