We're working with our Client, A Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin 1, to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) to join the Disputes and Investigations team which sits within the Litigation department. The team is led by three partners and acts for leading domestic and international clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to the right candidate to work with a busy and approachable team, alongside other PAs in this leading Law Firm.

The PA will be responsible for providing an end-to-end legal secretarial service. This is an ideal role for a highly organised and enthusiastic PA who enjoys working with a broad spectrum of people across an organisation.
The Role: Taking ownership of monthly invoicing ensuring accurate compliance with client requirements.Liaising with clients on invoicing queries and outstanding invoices.Incepting matters and assisting with client on-boarding requirements.Accurately managing all filing and lawyer email filing.Proactively co-ordinating marketing activities, liaising with the bids team, managing and keeping up-to-date records of professional contacts on the CRM.Diary and travel management.Managing expenses on behalf of allocated lawyers.Document production including some from dictations.The Candidate: A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal PA supporting senior staff in a professional services environment.Advanced working knowledge of MS Office with ability to deliver high quality, accurate work.A post-leaving certificate qualification e.g. a diploma/certificate in legal secretarial studies; however, relevant work experience will be considered in lieu.A high level of integrity, discretion, and trust with confidential information.Adaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Desire and ability to work as part of a PA team supporting the team's lawyers.
