Salary: Between €32,000 - €40,000, depending on experience
Travel: Once a month to Northern Ireland will be required
The RoleCompile reports and metrics from various logistics sites to create a comprehensive group scorecard.Standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all logistics depots.Manage small site or group projects aimed at contributing to continuous improvement initiatives or enhancing group efficiencies.Provide general support for all logistics and site activities.Assist in establishing and maintaining management systems across all group sites.Attend in-house project meetings and distribute relevant information to project members.Travel to and from group logistics sites in both the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) as needed.Maintain and organize all legal compliance and statutory inspection documentation for all sites, ensuring that any open actions are addressed and updates are provided to government bodies.Consolidate accident scorecard information from all sites into a single group scorecard.The Person3rd level certification in business studies and/or Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics preferredExperience producing documentation (Work instructions, SOPs, SLAs)Excellent communication and conflict resolution skillsApply NowLeinster Appointments is committed to providing a professional service where all CVs are kept confidential and will not be submitted to any third parties without candidate's knowledge or consent.
